في إطار الاحتفال العالمي باليوم الدولي للفتيات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لسنة 2026، الذي ينعقد هذا العام تحت شعار “الذكاء الاصطناعي لأغراض التنمية: الفتيات يشكّلن المستقبل الرقمي”، تنظّم المنظمة العربية لتكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات (AICTO)، بالشراكة مع Global Training and Consulting Services (GTC)، فعالية “حوار أوائل: نحو القيادة بين الأجيال في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني”، وذلك بمقرها في ضاحية المرسى بتونس. ويأتي هذا الحدث في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها الذكاء الاصطناعي، والذي أصبح يُعيد تشكيل مجالات الأمن السيبراني والاقتصادات الرقمية وقدرة المجتمعات على الصمود، بما يفرض إعادة تعريف المهارات وأنماط القيادة المستقبلية. ورغم اتساع هذه الفرص، لا تزال الفتيات والنساء في المنطقة العربية يواجهن تحديات مزدوجة تتمثل في محدودية النفاذ إلى المهارات الرقمية المتقدمة، وضعف تمثيلهن في القطاعات الاستراتيجية سريعة النمو مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني، وهو ما يحدّ من تحقيق تحول رقمي شامل ومستدام. وفي هذا السياق، ستُعلن المنظمة رسميًا عن إطلاق برنامج "أوائل" المرأة العربية والإفريقية في قيادة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وهو مبادرة استراتيجية طموحة تهدف إلى تمكين جيل جديد من القيادات النسائية في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني والابتكار الرقمي، بما يُجسّد الانتقال من مرحلة الحوار إلى مرحلة العمل. ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تزويد المشاركات بالمهارات المتقدمة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الناشئة، وتعزيز قدراتهن القيادية من خلال برامج الإرشاد والتوجيه، إضافة إلى دعم الانفتاح الإقليمي وربط المنظومات العربية والإفريقية بما يعزز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات. كما يسعى البرنامج إلى تسريع مشاركة النساء في تطوير أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي أخلاقية وآمنة وشاملة. وسيركّز الحدث على عدد من المحاور الرئيسية، من بينها دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الأمن السيبراني وبناء الثقة الرقمية، وسبل تقليص الفجوة بين الجنسين في مجالات التكنولوجيا، وأهمية الحوار بين الأجيال لربط الخبرات الرائدة بالطاقات الشابة، فضلًا عن عرض قصص نجاح ومسارات عملية تمكّن النساء من الاندماج والتطور المهني في القطاع الرقمي. وسيُعقد هذا الحدث في صيغة تفاعلية على مدى نصف يوم، يتضمن كلمات افتتاحية وعروضًا رئيسية تقدمها قيادات نسائية وممثلون عن مؤسسات رائدة، تليها جلسة حوارية تفاعلية تجمع خبراء ومهنيين وطلبة. كما ستُخصّص فقرة “أصوات المستقبل” لتمكين الفتيات والطالبات من عرض رؤاهن حول مستقبل العالم الرقمي. وسيشهد الحدث كذلك الإعلان الرسمي عن برنامج "أوائل"، إلى جانب فتح باب المشاركة للدفعة الأولى من المستفيدات والشركاء في مجالي الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني. ويستهدف هذا الحدث نخبة من القيادات النسائية وصناع القرار في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأمن السيبراني، إلى جانب المهندسات والباحثات والمهنيات في قطاع التكنولوجيا، والطالبات والمبتكرات الشابات، فضلاً عن الفتيات في المرحلة الثانوية المهتمات بمجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا. ومن خلال هذه المبادرة، تجدد المنظمة العربية لتكنولوجيات الاتصال والمعلومات وشركاؤها التزامهم بدعم وتمكين النساء والفتيات كركيزة أساسية للابتكار والتحول الرقمي، والمساهمة في بناء مستقبل رقمي أكثر شمولًا وأمانًا واستدامة في المنطقة العربية والإفريقية. ---------------------------------- AWAIL Dialogue: Shaping Intergenerational Leadership in AI and Cybersecurity In celebration of ITU Girls in ICT Day AICTO Headquarters, Tunis – 24 April 2026 In alignment with the global celebration of Girls in ICT Day 2026 under the theme “AI for Development: Girls Shaping the Digital Future,” the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization, in partnership with Global Training and Consulting Services (GTC), is organizing the AWAIL Dialogue: Shaping Intergenerational Leadership in AI and Cybersecurity at its headquarters in Tunis. This event comes at a pivotal time, as Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to transform cybersecurity, digital economies, and societal resilience, redefining the skills and leadership required for the future. Despite these advancements, girls and women across the Arab region still face significant challenges, including limited access to advanced digital and AI-related skills, as well as underrepresentation in strategic sectors such as AI and cybersecurity. Addressing these gaps is essential to unlocking inclusive and sustainable digital transformation across the region. On this occasion, AICTO will officially launch the AWAIL Program "Arab African Women in AI Leadership", a forward-looking initiative designed to empower a new generation of female leaders at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. The launch marks a transition from dialogue to concrete action, fostering greater inclusion and leadership opportunities for women and girls. The AWAIL Program aims to equip participants with cutting-edge skills in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, while strengthening leadership capacities through mentorship, regional exposure, and cross-border collaboration. It further seeks to connect Arab and African ecosystems, enabling knowledge exchange and accelerating women’s participation in shaping ethical, secure, and inclusive AI systems. The event will focus on several key themes, including the role of AI in enhancing cybersecurity and digital trust, strategies to bridge the gender gap in technology fields, and the importance of cross-generational dialogue between pioneers, professionals, and emerging talents. It will also highlight success stories and practical pathways to support women’s engagement and career development in the digital sector. Structured as a dynamic half-day engagement, the program will feature opening remarks and keynote addresses by distinguished women leaders and institutional representatives, followed by an interactive cross-generational dialogue bringing together experts, professionals, and students. A dedicated segment, “Voices of the Future,” will showcase presentations by young girls and students sharing their vision for the digital future. The event will also include the official unveiling of the AWAIL Program and a call for participation to onboard its first cohort of beneficiaries and partners. The AWAIL Dialogue will bring together a diverse audience, including women leaders and policymakers in ICT and cybersecurity, female engineers and researchers, university students and young innovators, as well as girls in secondary education with an interest in STEM fields. Through this initiative, AICTO and its partners reaffirm their commitment to empowering women and girls as key drivers of innovation and digital transformation, and to fostering a more inclusive, secure, and resilient digital future for the Arab and African regions.
