أشرف السيّد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم، الإثنين 02 فيفري 2026، بمقرّ الأكاديمية الدبلوماسية الدولية بتونس، على حفل افتتاح السنة التكوينية الجديدة، بحضور السيد محمد بن عياد، كاتب الدولة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، والسيد رياض الدريدي، المدير العام المكلف بتسيير الأكاديمية الدبلوماسية الدولية بتونس، وثلة من إطارات الوزارة. وتولّى الوزير، بهذه المناسبة، الإشراف على موكب أداء اليمين للدفعة الأولى من كتبة الشؤون الخارجية الذين أتموا فترة تربصهم، وذلك بحضور الدفعة الثانية التي أتمت سنتها التكوينية الأولى والدفعة الثالثة من الذين اجتازوا بنجاح مناظرة انتداب كتبة الشؤون الخارجية. وفي كلمته، أبرز الوزير رمزية هذا الحدث لتزامنه مع مرور سنتين على افتتاح الأكاديمية الدبلوماسية الدولية بتونس، التي تولّى تدشينها السيد رئيس الجمهورية الأستاذ قيس سعيّد، مؤكّدًا الدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به الأكاديمية في تكوين دبلوماسيين تونسيين قادرين على الدفاع عن مصالح البلاد ومواقفها، ومتشبّعين بثوابت السياسة الخارجية التونسية. كما أشار إلى أنّ هذا الموعد يندرج في إطار مسار تكويني متكامل يجسّد التدرّج الطبيعي من مرحلة التكوين إلى مرحلة الممارسة المهنية، ويعكس حرص وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، التي تحتفي هذه السنة بمرور سبعين سنة على انشائها، على المراهنة على كفاءة الإطار الدبلوماسي. وتوقّف الوزير عند الديناميكية التي شهدتها الأكاديمية خلال سنة 2025، وهي سنة العمل المتعدد الأطراف، من خلال استضافتها لعدد من الندوات والمؤتمرات الإقليمية والدولية، من بينها ندوة تونس حول تفعيل دور تحالف الأمم المتحدة للحضارات في دعم الأمن والسلم الدوليين، إلى جانب مؤتمر «المرأة والأمن والسلم في إفريقيا» الذي انعقد لأول مرة خارج مقرّ الاتحاد الإفريقي، بما يعكس الثقة التي تحظى بها تونس ومؤسساتها على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي. وأشار في نفس السياق إلى يوم الدبلوماسية من أجل زيت الزيتون التونسي، الذي انتظم بمقر الأكاديمية بمبادرة من الوزارة في إطار دبلوماسية اقتصادية فاعلة لدعم المجهود الوطني للنهوض باقتصاد البلاد والترويج للمنتوجات التونسية بالخارج. كما توجّه الوزير، خلال كلمته، إلى الدبلوماسيين الشبان من أبناء الدفعة الأولى المقبلين على تحمّل مهامهم، مؤكّدًا أنّ الدولة لا تُوكِل مسؤولياتها إلا لمن يجمع بين الكفاءة في الأداء والأمانة في تحمّل المسؤولية، وداعيا إياهم إلى أن يجعلوا من خدمة تونس شرفا يوميا ومن المصلحة الوطنية معيارا أعلى ومن أخلاقيات المهنة الدبلوماسية إطارا لا يحيد. فالدبلوماسية ليست امتيازا، بل مسؤولية، وليست وجاهة، بل عملا جادا ومتواصلا، يقتضي الانضباط، وبعد النظر والالتزام الدائم بخيارات الدولة والتفاني في الدفاع عن مصالحها وطنيا ودوليا والإحاطة بأفراد الجالية التونسية المقيمين بالخارج. وجدّد السيّد محمد علي النفطي التأكيد على التزام وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج بمواصلة دعم الأكاديمية الدبلوماسية الدولية بتونس، وتعزيز دورها، وتطوير برامجها التكوينية، بما يمكّنها من الإسهام الفاعل في إعداد أجيال من الدبلوماسيين القادرين على تمثيل تونس والدفاع عن مصالحها في مختلف المحافل الإقليمية والدولية. ************************* M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a présidé aujourd’hui, lundi 02 février 2026, au siège de l’Académie Diplomatique Internationale de Tunis, la cérémonie d’ouverture de la nouvelle année de formation, en présence de M. Mohamed Ben Ayed, Secrétaire d’État auprès du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, de M. Riadh Dridi, Directeur Général chargé de la gestion de l’Académie Diplomatique Internationale de Tunis, ainsi que de plusieurs hauts cadres du Ministère. À cette occasion, M. le Ministre a également présidé la cérémonie de prestation de serment de la première promotion des secrétaires des affaires étrangères ayant achevé leur période de stage, en présence de la deuxième promotion ayant terminé sa première année de formation et de la troisième promotion ayant réussi le concours de recrutement des secrétaires des affaires étrangères. Dans son allocution, M. le Ministre a souligné la portée symbolique de cet événement, qui coïncide avec le deuxième anniversaire de l’ouverture de l’Académie Diplomatique Internationale de Tunis, inaugurée par Son Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République, le Professeur Kaïs Saïed. Il a affirmé le rôle central que joue l’Académie dans la formation de diplomates tunisiens capables de défendre les intérêts et les positions du pays, imprégnés des constantes de la politique étrangère tunisienne. Il a également indiqué que ce rendez-vous s’inscrit dans un parcours de formation intégré illustrant la progression naturelle entre la phase de formation et celle de la pratique professionnelle, et reflète la volonté du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger — qui célèbre cette année le soixante-dixième anniversaire de sa création — de miser sur la compétence du corps diplomatique. M. le Ministre s’est ensuite arrêté sur la dynamique qu’a connue l’Académie au cours de l’année 2025, marquée par l’action multilatérale, à travers l’accueil de plusieurs séminaires et conférences régionales et internationales, notamment le Séminaire de Tunis sur l’activation du rôle de l’Alliance des Nations Unies pour les civilisations dans le soutien à la paix et à la sécurité internationales, ainsi que la Conférence « Femmes, paix et sécurité en Afrique », organisée pour la première fois en dehors du siège de l’Union Africaine. Cela témoigne de la confiance dont jouissent la Tunisie et ses institutions aux niveaux régional et international. Dans le même contexte, il a évoqué la Journée de la diplomatie pour l’huile d’olive tunisienne, organisée au siège de l’Académie à l’initiative du Ministère, dans le cadre d’une diplomatie économique active visant à soutenir l’effort national de relance de l’économie et à promouvoir les produits tunisiens à l’étranger. Dans son discours, M. le Ministre s’est également adressé aux jeunes diplomates de la première promotion appelés à assumer prochainement leurs fonctions, soulignant que l’État ne confie ses responsabilités qu’à ceux qui allient compétence professionnelle et intégrité morale. Il les a invités à faire du service de la Tunisie un honneur quotidien, de l’intérêt national la référence suprême, et de l’éthique de la profession diplomatique un cadre auquel ils ne doivent jamais déroger. La diplomatie n’est pas un privilège, mais une responsabilité ; elle n’est pas un prestige, mais un travail sérieux et continu qui exige discipline, clairvoyance, engagement constant envers les choix de l’État, dévouement dans la défense de ses intérêts sur les plans national et international, ainsi qu’une attention particulière portée aux membres de la communauté tunisienne résidant à l’étranger. Enfin, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti a réaffirmé l’engagement du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger à poursuivre son soutien à l’Académie Diplomatique Internationale de Tunis, à renforcer son rôle et à développer ses programmes de formation, afin de lui permettre de contribuer efficacement à la préparation de générations de diplomates capables de représenter la Tunisie et de défendre ses intérêts dans les différentes instances régionales et internationales. ************************* Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, chaired today, Monday, February 2, 2026, at the premises of the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunis, the opening ceremony of the new academic year, in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Ben Ayed, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, and Mr. Riadh Dridi, Director General in charge of managing the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunis, along with a number of the Ministry senior officials. On this occasion, the Minister oversaw the oath-taking procession for the first batch of Foreign Affairs Secretaries who have completed their internship period, in the presence of the second batch, which has completed its first training year, and the third batch of those who successfully passed the competitive examination for Foreign Affairs Secretaries. In his address, the Minister highlighted the symbolism of this event, coinciding with the second anniversary of the opening of the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunis, which was inaugurated by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Professor Kaïs Saïed. He affirmed the Academy's pivotal role in training Tunisian diplomats capable of defending the country's interests and positions, imbued with the constants of Tunisia's foreign policy. He also noted that this milestone fits within a comprehensive training pathway that embodies the natural progression from the training phase to professional practice, reflecting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad—which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year—its commitment to investing in the competence of the diplomatic corps. The Minister dwelt on the dynamism witnessed by the Academy during 2025, the year of multilateral action, through hosting several regional and international seminars and conferences, including the Tunis Seminar on Activating the Role of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations in supporting international security and peace, alongside the conference "Women, Security and Peace in Africa," which was held for the first time outside the African Union headquarters, reflecting the confidence enjoyed by Tunisia and its institutions at the regional and international levels. In the same context, he referred to the Diplomacy Day for Tunisian Olive Oil, organized at the Academy's premises on the Ministry's initiative as part of an effective economic diplomacy to support the national effort to boost the country's economy and promote Tunisian products abroad. Addressing the young diplomats from the first batch about to assume their duties, the Minister emphasized that the State entrusts its responsibilities only to those who combine competence in performance with integrity in bearing responsibility. He called on them to make serving Tunisia a daily honor, the national interest the supreme criterion, and the ethics of the diplomatic profession an unwavering framework. For diplomacy is not a privilege but a responsibility; not a facade but serious and continuous work that requires discipline, foresight, constant adherence to the State's choices, dedication to defending its interests nationally and internationally, and care for members of the Tunisian community residing abroad.
